The service

KFLegacy lets you answer a questionnaire and generate a draft will document based on your answers. A free, watermarked preview is provided before payment. On payment of the applicable fee, a clean, print-ready version is unlocked for download.

Refunds & cancellation

See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for when a refund is and isn't available. In short: nothing is charged until you pay, and because the fee unlocks a digital document immediately on payment, refunds after that point are limited to cases where the service itself was at fault. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not able to verify identity numbers, addresses, or relationships you enter.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KFLegacy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the generated document, including its rejection by the Master of the High Court due to a defect in execution (signing/witnessing) that occurred after download.
